rovclock software package provides utility to control frequency rates of your Radeon card, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install rovclock
rovclock is installed in your system.
Make ensure the rovclock package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep rovclock *
You will get with rovclock package name, version, architecture and description in a table
